Ingredients
100g gluten free flour
50g cornflour
120ml milk
3 eggs
Method
Preheat a Miele Oven on Moisture Plus 230°C with 1 manual burst of steam. Drizzle some oil into the Yorkshire pudding baking trays and leave to preheat in the oven.
Combine the flours with a large pinch of salt and mix well, then add the milk and the eggs and whisk everything together until there are no lumps. Transfer into a jug and set aside until needed.
When ready, carefully open the over door and evenly pour the batter on the trays. Close the oven door, inject the burst of steam and cook for 20 -25 minutes or until puffed and brown.
