Espresso Martini

Along with your morning flat white, lunch time cappuccino and afternoon latte, our bean to cup coffee machines can also be used for evening cocktails. Our easy to prepare Espresso Martini uses freshly brewed espresso for that all important crema.

Ingredients

  • A handful of ice cubes

  • 30ml good quality vodka

  • 30ml Tia Maria or Kahlua

  • One Miele espresso shot or 35ml of fresh espresso coffee

Method

  1. Place your martini glasses in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before serving.

  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, add the espresso shot, vodka and the Tia Maria or Kahlua. Shake well for around 15-30 seconds.

  3. Pour into a cocktail glass, garnish with coffee beans and serve immediately.
