Ingredients

A handful of ice cubes

30ml good quality vodka

30ml Tia Maria or Kahlua
- One Miele espresso shot or 35ml of fresh espresso coffee
Method

Place your martini glasses in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, add the espresso shot, vodka and the Tia Maria or Kahlua. Shake well for around 15-30 seconds.
- Pour into a cocktail glass, garnish with coffee beans and serve immediately.
