Ingredients - Makes two 1lb jars
Method
Preheat a Miele oven to 180°C. Place the nuts on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly roasted. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
Place everything except the nuts and egg white in a food processor and pulse to a paste. Transfer the paste to a bowl and mix in the egg white. Coat the nuts in the mixture.
Line a baking tray with baking parchment and spread the nuts out on top.
Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning over frequently throughout cooking.
