Founded by Richard Ellison with the aim to source quality, sustainable wine that is made by authentic producers with passion and honesty, Wanderlust Wine has become a staple supplier for Londoners and wine lovers across the country. After 10 years in the corporate banking industry, Richard who is also an ex-chef, decided to use his love of the beverage to create the concept of Wanderlust, an online shop for imported produce from manufacturers worldwide. Three years on, Wanderlust has two sides to its flourishing business – bringing delicious wines to consumers via the website and selling directly to trade customers.
Wanderlust represents a variety of artisan producers who are deeply passionate about the wines they make and the sustainability of their vineyards and estates. The independent merchant strives to buy from small producers that are off the beaten track, who live and breathe the ethos of what they produce. Richard personally travels to all parts of the globe, from Europe to Australasia and America, to find what he and the company is looking for. Some of his finest discoveries were the result of travelling to rural villages and ordering a drink from local wine bars. He also looks to social media for inspiration and often asks wine lovers online the best destination to visit for hidden gems.

All products sold by Wanderlust are organically farmed and organically or biodynamically certified, meaning the harvest grapes used are as fresh as possible and do not contain chemicals.
