1 cup porridge oats
3 cups milk or milk and water
To prepare in the Miele Gourmet Warming Drawer:
Preheat the Miele Gourmet Warming Drawer on setting 4 (80°C) for 15 minutes.
Place the porridge oats in a heatproof bowl and stir in the milk (or milk and water). Cover the bowl with foil and place in the warming drawer.
To prepare in the Miele Steam Oven:
Place one part oats and two parts liquid (either dairy or plant based milk) in individual bowls (heatproof cereal bowls are absolutely fine).
Place the bowls over the wire rack in the Miele Steam Oven and steam at 100°C for 5 minutes.
Appliance tip: The steam oven will activate a “keep warm” function when the duration is finished and it will hold food at a temperature of 75°C which is ideal for items such as porridge.
