125g plain flour
¼ tsp salt
Beef Dripping or Duck Fat (Use vegetable oil for a meat free alternative)
1x Yorkshire Pudding Tray
Mix together the batter for the Yorkshire pudding in a bowl, ensuring it is smooth then transfer to a measuring jug.
Put a dessert spoon of the cooking fat into the Yorkshire pudding mould and place in the oven to get very hot.
Pour the batter mixture into the tray whilst it is still in the oven. Close the door and set a duration of 25 minutes.
Inject the manual burst of steam whether you’re using the Moisture Plus or Combination steam function. Cook the puddings until they are dark golden brown and crisp.
